IMPALA WARRANTY POLICY WITH ZANDERS
1. This is a no hassle warranty. If you have an issue please contact our Customer Service Representative Heidi Schrader. Her information is listed below. If we cannot fix the issue over the phone or through email, the firearm can be sent to Paducah Shooter’s Supply, our repair shop. Their address is also provided below. Warranty repairs will not be performed after 2 years from purchase date.
2. For any repairs, the consumer is responsible for shipping firearms to Paducah Shooter’s Supply. Once your firearm is repaired, it will be shipped back to you at no charge. An RMA is not required to send them the defective firearm. Please provide a description of what is wrong with the firearm along with Proof of Purchase.
3. Exchanges for Zanders Customer: If a firearm has a damaged stock or forend, the firearm will be sent back to Zanders. If it is a functioning problem the firearm will be sent to Paducah Shooter’s Supply. Once they confirm receipt of firearm, Zanders will ship out your exchange order.
